Online purchases for admission tickets
Electric Wonderland uses third-party vendors to administer and process your online purchase of admission tickets. When you purchase a ticket you will be asked to provide information needed to process the purchase. This information includes your name, billing and mailing addresses, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. Your credit card information is collected directly by third-party payment card processors and service providers. We will only retain your personally identifiable information for our records, in order to facilitate better customer service. Though we do not store credit card numbers, our vendors may retain payment information for additional purchases or renewal purposes. We require our vendors to maintain the security of the information which you provide to them and restrict the vendors from using this information in any way not expressly authorized by Electric Wonderland.
Anonymity and Credit Cards
Even if you purchase tickets with a credit card, your credit card information (as defined further herein) will not be disclosed to or shared with another entity. If you wish to keep your e-mail address private when you contact us please contact Electric Wonderland in-person or in writing.
Online Giveways
Electric Wonderland may occasionally offer visitors the opportunity to participate in online contests or giveaways. If you choose to enter, you may need to provide your name and email address so that we may contact you in connection with the contest. We may also request that you provide us with certain other information, such as your post code and state of residence.
